Our vendors sometimes provide coupons on their pages on the website. You can check them out to see if they have any current promotions.
Coupon codes are available on vendor’s page. Copy the code and paste it on the COUPON APPLY box when you proceed to checkout.

- Our reliable valets will drop in at said time and location to collect your laundry, have them cleaned and get it back to you in no time at all!

Yes, but same day delivery will cost more than next day delivery. The price will be automatically calculated before you proceed to checkout.
PAYMENT
Our preferred method of payment is via FPX and Credit/Debit Card. Laundrobot uses a secure payment gateway by toyyibPay.

Sorry but we don’t offer refund request at the moment but you can suggest this to our support team through contact us page.
Our prices are based on flat rate set by vendor including SST and admin fee.
The admin fee covers the cost of domain, hosting and website maintenance.
SHIPPING
Yes, we provide pick-up and delivery for the people who live in the area of Bandar Sri Damansara. Place your order on our website and pick the schedule for your desired time.
Once you made your payment for your order, our rider will come to pick your clothes and assign you the specified laundry bag.
We will charge the shipping based on the distance between customer’s location and vendor which also includes pickup and dropoff charge rate.
Our delivery charges are high because they already include both delivery and pickup charges.
For now we only cover areas in Bandar Sri Damansara only.
